Have you ever had some questions that you never found the answer of?
Well, in this Blog all these most common questions found in my You-Tube channel, will be answered in the best way possible.
ATTENTION: This blog and its contents, are for educational purposes only.
Today we are going to answer all the Offices questions.
ATTENTION: All the questions are going to be optimised to make the shorter and more understandable, all the names that will be visible in each questions are just the chosen NickName of the account that make the question.
You don't know how to find files in you computer?
All the Questions:
1) Luca Vitale:
It is all working with El Capitan, but there are some problems with High Sierra. Shall I update the Office's programs to the version 16.12.0 or should I keep use the basic programs that I took from the link?
El Capitan works well but it ask me to update to the 16.12.0 version, can I continue with the update?
2) Giacomo Gallina:
I installed your Office programs while I had some old one previous installed, these last one recognise the new software and now it is not working. How can I solve the problem?
3) Gabriele Bucca:
Why is not allowing me to download the files from Google Drive?
4) William Terranova:
A while ago I saw an English video where it shows how to install Word but without the process the you showed, and was working so well. What is used for the process that you did?

I don't really understand how do you copy the Patch, it ask me the password but it will not substitute the file.
6) Sapori Di casa Brasil:
The Outlook that I download from your link is not working well with High Sierra. Every other program is working well tho. Do you know why?

My Outlook is not working with my current Macintosh version which is High Sierra.

I have High Sierra, where I can find the Italian version of Office?
9) Guglielmo Messina:
Should I do the automatic updates of High Sierra that the system suggest me to do every time, or I shouldn't?

Could you put on Google Drive the 2018 frameworks?

All the Answers:
1) This 2017 Office works only on Sierra and the previous versions, while this 2018 Office work also with High Sierra.
I didn't try to update the programs but should not be a problem to update them, although I still suggest you to make a copy of the actual programs just in case, the programs after the update, will not work properly.
yup.
2) Looking forward the 2018 programs, before to install them, you should delete completely every other Office's programs used in the past, otherwise the old one can corrupt the new Offices programs that you took from my video.
After the 2018 programs are done, you can still log-in into your Office's account without problems and transfer your files in the cloud.
3) The reasons are two:
3.1) The connection could be poor and it can seem the is not actually download anything, with this type of connection the download can take also an entire day or more to be done.
3.2 In some how you canceled the download or the internet connection, for some reason, was interrupted even for a second, so if it is possible press the button to continue the interrupted download or just restart the download over again.
3.3) I suggest you to download any downloadable file from the Chrome Browser which is the best to download for my opinion.
4) Everyone has its own method to do things, the procedure that I do are obvious for what are for, seems that you didn't quite follow the video.
In the video I explain what the process is used for, I suggest you to follow the video paying much attention.
5) The password that is asked to authorise the .framework's file moves, is the administrator one, the one that you use to log-in into your Macintosh.
The Patch should be opened and the .framework file, inside it, is the one that has to be moved in a specific folder of the current application. The folder is called "frameworks".
You can reach the folder with the following steps:
right click of the mouse to the current application --> go to the "Show Pakage Contents" --> contents > frameworks.
6) The Outlook of the 2017's video work only in Sierra and previous versions while the Outlook of the 2018's video works only on High Sierra and previous versions.
7) This question was shown in the 2017's video, you can get the updated Outlook's version in the 2018's video.
8) I don't well remember if the 2018's Office was in Italian but even if it is in English I guess that isn't impossible to use because it is really intuitive, unfortunately if is in English I can't do much for it.
9) Absolutely, just do it.
10) Unfortunately I take the files that I find around the internet, of course I test them first, but the most common and working ones are the Mega's files, if you have any issues to use Mega-Sync I suggest you to follow the steps on how to use it, in this video or in this blog.
